As you have already involved your MP there is little else that we can advise other than making sure that your descriptions of your son's problems meet the legal criteria for the Support Group, for example daily (the requirement is weekly) episodes of incontinence is only one of six or seven criteria needed to meet the SG criteria for this Descriptor, you need to show that he meets all of these for him to be placed in the group.

I'm not saying that it is
The point I was trying to make is that there are a lot of elements to the Incontinence Descriptor, all of which have to be met in order to score, if you can only show two or three of the requirements, then it does not matter how bad the problem is, you won't get an award

Yes, I would expect a new ESA50 to be issued as a result of a CofC being reported, once that is completed and returned then a decision will be made on whether a F2F is required.
You need to complete the form in detail and not just in regard the change and should submit any relevant evidence even if it has been submitted before.
