Just wanted to congratulate you on succeeding to SG.
Little alarm bells going off in my bonce just now though, in view of the length of time until your next reassessment being quoted as one year, it's got my wondering if they're doing the same now for ESA and PIP and reassessing both every year??????????????
Anyone prove otherwise................looking to find some hope here!!!!!!!!!!!!
Many thanks

Today I asked for a LT54 and the response was yes if they knew what it was
I explained it should be on my ESA file.
i did tell them it is LT54 Decision Makers form (if you were transferred from another benefit.
And made them search my file.
But the response i got was a LT54 on their system shows up as being a grant form to cover cold weather payments .
Also my re assessment date for ESA appears to be on track
But there is a little backlog on my area, so i was told Whoopee bloody ding dong eh.

Does it go by any other name?
Twice today on the phone to them and still nowhere near to obtaing it.
I do remember now from last year when i had ESA85 and other reports sent to me i had the same problem with LT54 .
I ended up, what with one thing and another forgot to chase it.
it was seeing the your post on here requesting a SAR
that reminded me.

Hi c6,
No, and one will always be generated by The DM when transferring over to ESA from IS, SDA or IB.
A description of an LT54 can be found at the bottom of this list :
ESA Forms
I cannot remember whether I have given you a link to This Post before, as I do so regularly
If I have, you now have it in "Stereo" !!!

Thanks bro58,
it looks as though a request in writing will now be best
the phone calls, on their part weren't easy till i informed them i too also record my calls for my own safety.
One said i had to give good reason to request a call back from the office dealing with my claim.
Both calls i was also repeatedly asked why i was requesting information from my ESA claim even though i kept repeating,
"because it is my right to do so"
3rd phone call to maximus .. Waste of my time.
i wanted to know if they had a deferment on my file .
{since the DWP along with LT54 form, didn't convince me they knew what they were talking about}
Gave me incorrect information on the 13 weeks ESA rule completion,
which i never asked for..
Maximus made out the f2f medical would be after 13 weeks..
i then corrected the call handler After telling them i record calls!
In stereo is good.. Yes you had already posted the Topic link, & signposted me in the right direction, made it nice an easy to find quickly
