absolutely disgraceful system I am so angry not for me particularly but for all those others who have nobody to fight for them. It is so sad. We thought the ppi was a scandal but pip is an even bigger scandal as far as I'm concerned. Cant wait till this starts going through the claim procedures and it will happen. ok rant over for tonight

It is more than tough, Gordon. I had my Appeal hearing yesterday after having had to wait a whole 12 months for a hearing, which is in itself very stressful. I would describe it as gruelling, intrusive, embarrassing and it exacerbated my conditions greatly.I felt as though I were on trial. It is a horrendous process, quite disproportionately so, to the issues at stake. It was not the Panel's fault. They did their best to help me as did the wonderful lady clerk of the Tribunal. It is the fault of this government who have created monsters in the DWP and a monstrous system which demeans and humiliates disabled people.I succeeded, by the way.

Congratulations.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 week to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call at the end of the week to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
