I feel your pain

I have mine on Monday, but I've already had 2 points removed in the mandatory reconsideration leaving me 0 - 0 points. it would be a joke if it wasn't so serious. I've just had a serious reaction to new anti psychotic meds I've been put on. I've already warned the court that I have anger outburst and if im pushed I may seem aggressive?
I think the dwp are being evil, but I would being nuts

I am sorry to hear this, but not surprised. I have just been through a similar thing, they are not impartial and only an extension of twatos . I got similar treatment form this arrogant smug, coven of ----holes , I too do not feel like going again, I should have been suspicious when I saw the amount of security " guards " there, are we that dangerous, or do these people fear for there own safety when treating people as they do , it would be interesting to know what area you are in, as this sounds familiar to me and probably its the same panel. good luck and lets hope one day we will get fairly treated, and they have a day in our situation.

I had my tribunal today and although I finally received enhanced daily living I still got nothing for mobility. The process was harrowing, exhausting humiliating and a cross examination on a par to the Spanish Inquisition. Particularly those questions from the Disability advisor. The doctor was less zeolous but still very invasive questioning about my body functions. None of them seemed to have read the consultants latest report or my doctor's letter about my difficulties.i was shocked and horrified how they seemed to have no idea about my consultant s letter until I grabbed it and read it out to them! My representative ( CIT Advice ) said absolutely nothing. I feel utterly humiliated and ashamed after the experience. I would hope no - one would have to go through that. If it wasn't for the fact that my award was for 4 more years I think I would feel utterly wretched and suicidal if I had to go through that in a years time of so. The tribunal did not seem to be impartial to me at all. More like agents for the DWP. Thank God it's only 5 years to get my state pension a

You have totally summed up the government plan. They have caused so much damage to the most deserving. As I see it the scrounges know exactly how to play the system and the genuinely deserving have been thrown aside. So sorry for what you have been put through I really hope you are successful
