hi to all i came on here a little while ago asking for guidance about my 4 year old niece who has dwarfism and has a disability with her walking she was turned down on dla also her mum phoned and done the mandatory it was turned down they wasnt very helpful towards her the only probably i had was she had left it 8 months i came on here once again for your help i took your advice and wrote a long letter and ask for an appeal in which we waited for they gave us a date in which we attened and im glad to say "we won" pleased was not the word im just glad we proved a point that she does have a disability in which she was awarded high rate in which she was back dated for 11 months so a massive thank you to the moderates for all their fantastic work much appreciated and i hope it helps others thank you

Hi to everyone reported a change of circumstances I was on standard care and standard mobility had another assessment on the 11th of November and got my awards today they have given me enhanced on both thought I would share this with you all good luck
