That's great news Chris! Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W :)

If this was a new claim, it will be backdated to the start of the claim. If it was a DLA transfer then it will go back to the date your DLA claim was closed.

The Tribunal Service will send you a written notice of the decision. Please do not ask for a Statement of Reasons as this can give DWP the idea of trying to take this further!

It can take up to 8 weeks for DWP to put this decision into action and give you the backpay. You might be able to speed this up a bit by sending them a copy of the Decision Letter when you have it.
