hi I have a letter from my gp which is dated april 2014 which gives details of my disabilities and how they affect me, because this was a letter which was written as part of am appeal process where I was successful for ESA and this is the renewal of that would it be accepted? it does mention the appeal on the letter. I am referring to this as I can't see my doctor till the end of march and my form needs to be back by then.
thanks

Yes you can use it but you should also explain that your condition remains the same or has deteriorated since the letter was written.

If you can source a new letter then you can send this on after you have returned your forms.

thanks.

In principle yes, but they would need to explain why they preferred old evidence to newer and the Decision would be open to challenge.
