Please can you advise where I may find a copy of the PIP2 application form? is it the same as the one I did in march 2014? I wrote this in a previous message to you just a short while ago but I can't see it so apologies if you have got this twice.

Regards

Yes the PIP2 form is what you would have completed in 2014.

There is a new PIP2 guide due in the next couple of days, so hold off downloading a copy until it is updated.

Hi Gordon

Are many people getting the AR1 form. Having to do the PIP 2 again brings pure dread, anxiety, stress, depression. Its such an awful process to concentrate so much on whats wrong with oneself, selling my soul to get help, its horrendous. . . the award is so needed though.

Can I appeal the PIP2 and ask for AR1 instead?

Regards and many thanks

We don't know why some people are getting the new form and others the PIP2.

You can try speaking to DWP about it, I have no idea how they will respond. It is likely to need a call back from a supervisor as the call centre workers don't have any authority over these matters.

Please make sure that you leave yourself enough time to complete the PIP2 if you have to!

FYI - I have been advised that I have to fill in a new PIP2 form because my award was not a DWP decision it was a Tribunal decision.
