So I did so, but I am not sure they will be accepted because Santander for example titles the document as transactions although it looks like a statement, but the account holders name does not show either. I doubt its validity, what do you think? Do you know if this sort of online print off 'statement' counts?

Let's wait and see :)

Please forgive me for maybe being a bit thick but am I right in saying that you can get both CBESA and IRESA in certain circumstances but never the full amount of both?

No that's not how it works.

If you are entitled to ESA(CB) then they will calculate how much less any deductions for pensions that you are receiving.

They will then calculate your applicable amount for ESA(IR), this is the amount of ESA(IR) you are entitled to based on where you are in the process, whether you qualify for any Premiums and then minus any deductions based on your income and savings and assets.

If you are entitled to ESA(CB) then this will be paid first, if the applicable amount for ESA(IR) is less than the ESA(CB) the ESA(CB) amount will be paid in full.

If the ESA(IR) applicable amount is more than the ESA(CB) then the difference will be paid as ESA(IR) in addition to the ESA(CB)

You will never receive less than the higher of the two.

Thank you Gordon, I need a bit of time to absorb that lol. So ESA entitlement even when both IR and CB (disregarding premiums)come into play is never going to be more than the £109.65 a week ?
