I'm afraid I don't know what evidence other people submit - don't forget that the vast majority of people have never heard of this website!

Thank you. Also, I have been ticking the 'no' boxes where it asks if I need help from another person because help from another person would not help me with the problems I have. For example, taking a long time showering , preparing meals due to OCD. I have written all my difficulties in the text box . So ,is that ok or will all the 'no's go against me. Should I not be ticking be ticking the box at all?

Also, sorry to bombard you with questions, I use disposable gloves due to OCD for a lot of tasks but still sometimes wash my hands anyway but should I be putting this down as an aid. So far I have put 'no' in the 'do you use aids' box but mentioned the gloves in the text box. OK do you think?

Oh, something else I have started to panic over is that my extension was 25 th November plus 10 days. The PIP people are saying this means I have to get the form to them by the 5 th December. I was going to send it today special delivery to be sure just in case the deadline is really the 4 th. But I need a bit more time so I will have to send it tomorrow. I checked just now again about the 5 th date and made a note of the time and date of the phone call. Do you think that ok?

If the assistance of someone else will not help you complete the PIP activities then it is correct to tick the boxes. it's only if the tick box does not allow you to explain how you are effected that you should resort to the comment box.

The test for an aid is whether it allows you to complete the activity and there are no other way in which you could do it. So if you always have to use the gloves then they would count as an aid.
