Then they will have to leave the address out or wait to produce the letter until you do.

Thank you. At what point will I see which DWP office is dealing with my claim. I have not started asking for forms or anything yet .

Re evidence regarding physical problems. This is going to be tricky too. I had x-rays done years ago which the consultant wrote that there was no damage etc and all looked fine, At the time I queried this saying I did not understand why I had problems when x-rays results implied I was fine. The consultant explained that the test results are not conclusive. they are not black and white and not all defects would show. Anyway, so of course the only written evidence I have is the letter regarding the positive x-ray results saying all looked fine. This was more than a decade ago and I still have pain daily but no written evidence/proof in the way of x-rays. This is debilitating and some days I stay at home simply because I am too uncomfortable to walk down the road. Should I put this all on the form or is it hopeless due to the 'incorrect' x-ray result?

What does your GP say about your physical problems?

Even if the x-rays had been positive, if they were done ten years ago the it's unlikely that the would carry much weight because of how old they are. As they are not actually supportive of your claim, I'm not sure that I would use them.
