Hi Bro

my problem is on the last ESA 50A it threw out multiple inpairments ,but the Lima software reason for the support group was

13. Coping with social engagement due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder.
Engagement in social contact is always precluded due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the individual.

Hence my worry ringing up maximus as the above

Hi jc,

You could get someone else to ring on your behalf as long as you are present to answer a couple of security questions.

Failing that, you could e-mail them !

AS previously advised there is no timescale for an assessment to be held within, all you can do is chase Maximus for an update.
