ESA 50 - when is it sent?

Your current award cannot be terminated without a new Decision being made, if there is no reassessment currently being done then no new Decision can be made
In fact you cannot be found Fit for Work without being asked to attend a face to face assessment.
I understand that the waiting can be just as bad, if not worse than actually being assessed, but you need to stick to what can and cannot be done and you cannot lose your ESA unless the above applies.
