I called Maximus.

They said they have not been instructed by the DWP to send out the forms.

In the worse case scenario if I receive the forms in late Aug will I still get the standard 4 weeks in which to complete and return it?

The 4 weeks to complete (minus postage time to reach you) is laid down in legislation. Your current ESA will continue until another decision is made, no matter how long that takes.

It as come to the time and date when my ESA gets reviewed but 4 weeks on I have still

not received the ESA 50 form.

I have a nasty feeling my payments will just end abruptly on the said date.

I have contacted both the DWP and Maximus without success.

Your current award cannot be terminated without a new Decision being made, if there is no reassessment currently being done then no new Decision can be made :)

In fact you cannot be found Fit for Work without being asked to attend a face to face assessment.

I understand that the waiting can be just as bad, if not worse than actually being assessed, but you need to stick to what can and cannot be done and you cannot lose your ESA unless the above applies.

Hi

I was wondering whether you would be able to assist me.

At present on ESA in support group.

If I start a new job for 20hrs/pw and need to sign off.

Am I right in saying I can make a RR within 12 weeks if it does not work out for me?

What happens when they receive the rapid reclaim (RR) - does it go to a decision maker first?

The reason I ask is when I contacted the call centre I got two different responses.

One said I would automatically go back on the same rate/support group etc.

The second person said it will go to a decision maker to decide whether to put me in support group or wrag etc

Can anyone help?

Regards
