Hi

Thank you for your post.

I have informed DWP I have started work. That they are aware of it.

Are you saying I need to call the PIP enquiry line to say I have started work too for 20 hrs?

Regards

The DWP departments do not share information very well.

I'm saying that you need to consider informing the PIP department, only you can decide whether the issues that allow you to claim PIP will not be contradicted by your starting work.

Hi

I recently started part time work but have now received a compliance interview invitation

which I have to attend.

Googling it seems to state it is part of the fraud department.

This has come at a very stressful period in my life and feel I may relapse at any moment.

I was wondering why they would send such a request. They obviously aren't going to check

if I am getting the right amount of benefit either more or less but they apparently have

targets to meet to save money and bully vulnerable people into submission.

Kind Regards

It could be that you have been picked at random, that you have been reported or that the DWP have become aware of a change in your circumstances.

I'm afraid I think it is likely to be your starting work that has sparked their interest in your claim.

ESA 50 - when is it sent? 1 month 2 days ago #172512

Hi

I have found my new job too difficult to bear.

I tried my best but felt it best to quit.

I am looking to make a rapid reclaim for ESA Support Group.

How easy or hard will the DWP make this for me. eg does a decision maker write to my former employer for eg.

I have been on day 2 of sickness. Does that mean I have to wait for my employer to

exhaust all sick leave before I can re-apply for ESA?

Kind regards

Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you.

Providing you are not receiving SSP, you may need to ask your HR department about this then you can make a re-claim of ESA immediately. They won't contact your employer.

It should only take a couple of week to re-instate your ESA, make it clear when you phone them that you are re-applying under the 12 week rule.

ESA 50 - when is it sent? 1 month 1 day ago #172555

Hi

In front of me I have form ESA 220.

At present I am getting paid contractual sick pay eg we get 6 months full pay then 6 months half pay.

I am getting a bit confused.

On the ESA 220 form it states:

if you fall sick again on or before 28/11/2016, your employer will not have to pay you SSP. Your employer will give you form SSP1. If you fall sick again after the date shown, your employer might be able to pay you SSP.

Does it mean I have to terminate my contract before 28/11/16?
