Brad

I'm not actually surprised that they have not contacted you, mainly because you are in the WRAG and receiving ESA(CB), they often wait until your years payments of ESA(CB) are up to see if you are eligible for ESA(IR).

There are private companies involved in helping claimants but these are part of the Work Programme and you have to specifically be forwarded to the WP by your JC+ advisor. As the WP is being replaced I'm not even sure that this is happening.

Do you want to be asked to do Work Related Activity? If not then contacting the DWP may not be the best strategy.

Hi I recently put in a late reconsideration to the dwp to ask to be put in support group from wrag. Is it possible I could be sent for an assessment or will they just make a decision based on what they already have, I have recently been in intensive care due to my fits so I have sent the discharge letter from the hospital with a letter asking for the reconsideration. Thanks.

Unless there are serious issues with the assessment report there would be no reason for a new assessment to be done.

Hia could someone tell me if possible when I will hear about my transfer from dla to pip, I'm obviously in no rush for this to happen but it still plays on your mind. I was given my dla indefinitely but I know this no longer stands as it will be classed as a new claim, is it just a matter of waiting for the dreaded Brown envelope to arrive. Thanks

Claimants are being chosen at random so there is no way to predict when you specifically will be invited.
