As I said, the DWP will likely claim it's an error. Did you have any hope of qualifying under the Exceptional Circumstances rules? If you didn't then it may not be useful but if you did, then it something to push.

would there be any point in ringing and talking to decision maker ,have they ever been know to change the reconsideration notice ,also when i rang last week to see how the reconsideration was going a manager rang me back and told me that a decision maker would ring me back before a decision had been made as i had discussed with her the false hoods on the medical report and that i was getting results from blood test and xrays which have resulted in steriod injections into knee joint as this info would impact on the decision

It's up to you but I really would not expect it to result in any change to the Decision.

well gordon i rang and had a call back ,have you ever heard of them sending my queries to their customers services team ,because of so many inconsistencies in the decision makers report, as well as stating i was intitled to esa support under the exceptional circumstances rule ,they also called me by another ladies names half way down the report

Not often but it does happen and it's a positive thing, but remember even if the report is overturned it does not mean that you will get an award automatically, then may send you for another assessment.
