A physical examination is likely but will not be much more than checking your grip and the amount of movement you have in your arms and legs, they may ask you to walk. If any of these activities would cause you pain then you can refuse but explain why you are doing so.

I would not expect then to have any knowledge of your claim beyond what you have written on the PIP2 and attached evidence.

well had my medical yesterday ,nice woman ,will have to see what she writes,she wasnt aware that it was a request from appeals team that had evoked the medical ,she thought that her report would be sent to decision maker, again i dont know it that is what will happen i thought it would be sent to the appeals panel ,what do you think gordon ,also how long should i wait until i request a copy of the report

The report should be sent to the Tribunal Service, probably via the DWP, they will send you a copy. If you get a new date for a hearing and have not received the report then chase the TS.

You are entitled to comment on the contents of the report.

make comments at the appeal??
,also made a comment to the examining doctor the reason for the medical was because my own doctor had not sent in a thorough report that was reflected against medical mri etc,hopefully this will encourage her to give an honest opinion and not an atos based one

Yes you can make a written submission about the contents of this new report if you disagree with what the assessor has written or their conclusions.
