gordon,.
thanks so much for your response, i think ile stick to the oral appeal,. ,, as you said they will be able to see for themselves how i am ,, i do think as terrifying as its going to be at least if i fall to pieces whilst there . ide prefer that than doing so over the phone as ide imagine it would be awkward if i was unable to speak due to being so anxious ,it would probably be a very long phonecall,.lol. .

just wondering , after speaking to a lady from the appeals court ,,she informed me that ide have around another 7 weeks to wait until i should have a date though , ,it been 7 weeks now and still heard nothing from them , do you think i should contact them and see what is happening all this waiting is making my mental health worse ,this has been dragging on long enough just want it over and done with ,.

There's absolutely no harm in your contacting them.

Hi Alison, just to wish you good luck at your appeal. I can see you posted an update to say your appeal is on 11th, but I'm sure I read a later post somewhere to say it has been moved forward to the 9th, which is tomorrow. Anyway whichever day it is I wish you lots n lots o luck! PP :)
