thanks for replying , feeling a bit relieved now , been reading peoples experiances of tribunal on the forum also to give me a idea of what to expect . ,after being told that yesteday my anxiety was through the roof and was seriously thinking of not going through with it ,it going to be distressing enough having to leave my home as with suffering agrophobia . ,i dread to think how ime gonna be when ime there as i have social anxiety and the thought of being sat in a busy waiting area terrifies me and then having to go through questioning , dread to think the state ile be in by then , begining to regret doing a oral hearing now as thought ide have someone representing me ,i know it will be me that has to answer the questions but knowing they were there would of been some comfort and support to me ,,

ime begining to regret going for a oral appeal now as suffering agrophobia and my state of MH, gods knows how ime gonna manage doing it ,, but hey ,got this far so might as well keep soildering on ,,lol. sounds like you been going through a rough time also with all this buisness ,, hope you get the results your hoping for pete,. one thing i know for sure is my mh has deteriated the past 6mths with all this stress on top of the problems i already deal with daily ,.

just a quick question?
after you have posted your submissions and evidence to the tribunal,, do you receive confirmation that they have recieved them ,,?or do you just wait until your given a date to attend ,,

it been not far off 2weeks now since sending my submissions in to tribunal ,posted them recorded 1st class ,, have you roughly any idea of how long it could takes to hear back from them ,?
