Only if you believe you should score points in ESA for things that are mentioned on the PIP letter.

Hi everyone hope everyone has a great weekend.....i was just thinking could i include a copy of the Atos report that was just done in July for my PIP along with my ESA form? i just want them to know what i have went through. I have opted to not complete the full form as i am recovering from chemotherapy and radiotherapy and that option is open to me i will be getting my doctor to complete page 20 for me. I just couldn't face having to complete another form so soon after my PIP application.

Hi everyone i hope everyone is doing well well that's my form posted for renewal of my ESA i sent it registered post so now i wait again!
My GP has been great she completed the back of the form since i am post cancer treatment and did a fab job so i am hoping this will carry a LOT of weight! she also said that if i had any problems she was ready to write letters for me in support if i needed them hopefully i dont!
All i have done this year is stress over my benefits i haven't been able to recover from my cancer treatments or my operations because of the stress i have been under!
I can honestly say without this site and forum i think i would be in a much darker place so thank you everyone and please keep everything crossed for my ESA renewal
