Got my assessor's report today asked for it around 1st dec after my assessment 16th Nov.
Had my results on the 7th Dec standard rate care high rate mobility same as i have had for years on dla...

What concerns me is the misleading A's report in which she states "they" heard their name being called out..my friend heard it and nudged me..then she says I wlked 30 metres to the appt room though I stopped three times...what she didn't say she was behind me with a chair and I had to sit down each time for a few mins...then went on to say my engaging
with her without looking to my friend for support was good what she didn't say was I was off my tree on dihydracodine a strong opiate which I had to take just to go there...it just went on and on with the misleading non facts.

Will this go against me when I have to renew in 2022 very worried...

Do I write a letter to DWP challenging these points so they have on record or will they see it as a request for MR...the time limit has passed on that and I don't want one anyway
dont' have the energy..please advice.

Hi wiab,

You are certainly not the only member to have had this. There is really no way that you can clarify these issues without risking it being taken as a request for MR (the absolute limit on this is 13 months although anything outside of 1 month is at DWP's discretion).

I have a friend who wrote a list of corrections and sent it to DWP with capital letter explanation of the fact that an MR was not being requested. An MR does not seem to have been conducted, however I don't know whether anyone has taken any notice of her corrections! In all honesty, I cannot recommend this course of action.
