I'm sorry to hear that DWP have messed you around like this :( I understand why you feel you cannot take this any further at the moment. We will still be here if/when you decide to reapply at any stage in the future.

You can re-visit the decision on appealing up to 13 months after the date the Decision was made although you will have to explain why the request is late, so if your health improves it is still an option, just make sure that you hold on to DWP letter about your MR.
