How long for decision to be made was created by loukeeya
I am in receipt of ESA WRAG but had a new medical assessment as am hoping to be moved to the support group. The doctor was very polite and told me he was satisfied with all the evidence produced. So, how long will it take for the DWP take to inform me of the outcome?

ESA decisions usually take 2-3 weeks.

my assessment was on 25th august, papers been with decision maker since sept 7th. i ring and they say no decision made and theres no time limit on how long it will take

I would contact the DWP, I would have expected a Decision to have been made by now.

I have called them several times only to be told there is no time limit and I have to wait. They told me its with the decision maker and they will contact me when they have made a decision.
