Actually, one thing that is really bothing me is that in the first line of the report the assessor references my religion (without actually saying what it is, however it would have been crystal clear to the assessor what it is, and also to many a case manager reading the report I would imagine).

My religion is totally irrelevant to a report on my son's health, and the letter from DWP says that discrimmination on religious/racial grounds is not allowed.

I really do suspect that the reason for the lies in the report and the zero recommendations could reflect his feelings about the family religion, otherwise why include such an irrelevant fact in the report?

What do you think?

I cant prove it though, so what do I do here?

They are offering an opinion of his capability, it's perfectly OK for you to argue against it. The best way to do this is to refer to relevant medical evidence, but failing that explain why they are incorrect by explaining the difficulties he would have with using the aid and why.

Unless you can show a clear cut bias that is a result of your religion then I would stay away from it. Nothing you have so far posted suggests that was any bias.

I mean to say, the assessor said in his report that claimant did xyz at physical assessment, when claimant could not and did not do that, it is untrue. What can I say about that? I have no other evidence.

Also what do you think about my previous post re reference to religion?

All you can do is state that the examination did not take place.

See my previous post!!!
