Not all claimants will suffer from any side effects when they take a particular medicine and those that do may only suffer from some effects. If you do not explain what side effects actually cause problems with your ability to complete the PIP activities then those assessing won't know and will likely assume that there are no problems.

A simple example would be preparing a claimants pill's each day and then assisting them with actually taking them during the day.
