I'm not advising you in either direction, even if I had more information I would not offer specific advice as it is not our role on the forum to do this.

All I am saying is that you must consider whether you would actually receive a higher award or not.

If you have PTSD then it is likely something that you have had it for some time unless there has been a traumatic event in your life since the Decision on your PIP was made, this being the case then, at least to some extent, the effects of your PTSD have already been assessed and did not result in a higher.

So the question you must ask yourself, is can you reasonably show that you should score extra points you need for a higher award, if you believe that you can and the risk to your current award is reasonable, then contact the DWP. If you are unsure about the extra points or that the risk is not reasonable then you should carefully consider whether to go ahead or not.

The PTSD is from an even that happened in 2003 and for some reason has only really surfaced in the last 4 or 5 months it is not something i have ever presented in my ESA or PIP claims in the past. Also on top of all this one of the main arguments the HP made when belittling the amount of pain my Fibromyalgia causes me was my dose of Gabapentin was too low for the pain I was claiming I was in, this dose has since been doubled by my GP to somewhat counter her argument. When filling in a new form can you refer back to the old F2F visit and mention things such as this re the Gabapentin dose?

You can certainly refer to increased medication as evidence of a deteriorated condition, but it is your ability to score extra points that will be considered.
