Hi, I have filled the forms in for the wife , I will be sending them tomorrow signed for inclosed plenty of supporting evidence, so we will have to see , I will keep you informed

Hi, My wife had a text reminder Monday I posted the form Monday afternoon as planned , the forms had a date to send them on 26 Oct , must say they do nt seem to messing about last night at 9 30 Recieved text to say Recieved , do they work day and night

Hi, I posted my wife form Monday Recieved a text Tuesday to say Recieved it was sent signed for , 9 30 at night the text came to say returned form Recieved , it's enough stress without texts and letters , they give you date to return items then texts letters enough to send mental health people over the top , are you finding this common practice

Some members like to know what is going on and others don't. I'm afraid if you have provided them with a mobile number then the system is set to automatically provide texts at key stages of the process.

Hello David

Just wanted to say I also found all the txts distressing. Was getting txts about this that and the other before the form had even arrived. I rang them and asked them to not send any more txts as it was really stressing me out. They did stop the txts thankfully, but they do still keep your mobile number on record.

Hi, It,s been texting then letters , they give you a date to phone for pip 1 then text you a week before date to ring , then they give you a date to return forms then text to say they Recieved them , then a letter to remind you , what's that about , my poor wife is already stressing .
