Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you are asking  Are you saying that you have had a PIP decision but it is not what you hoped? Were you refused altogether or did you get a standard award when you wanted enhanced?

Please reply to this message clarifying the situation and we will do our best to help. In order to keep all information together, I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future :)

Hi John,

There is no need to post duplicate messages, we will get round to reading and approving them as soon as we can.

I'm afraid the Tribunal cannot take any account of problems that have developed, or deteriorated, since the first decision was made. If you had the symptoms when you were assessed for PIP but have only just been diagnosed, you will need to make this clear.

Have a look at the PIP guide, it explains in detail the criteria against which you are being assessed.
