Hi Team
Can you help?

I have just agreed to se!! my property and have agreed to buy another.
My mortgage will reduce
Currently the DWP pay part of the interest on my mortgage
Will this continue but at a lower rate as my morgage re payment will be lower
Also

When do I inform the DWP that I am moving?

The sale was only agreed yesterday 30.9.2016 and as yet have no moving date.

I'm afraid this is not an area that we advise on so your really need to get face to face advice from a trained advisor. Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

I do not think it should be a problem as you appear to be reducing your mortgage, I suspect that you cannot really tell them until you exchange contracts.
