With the Government looking at the tribunals being given over to just paperwork and unqualified adjudicators, cannot all who are against this start a petition? I really am fed up with the way disabled people are treated, we are treating our disabled like they used to by putting them out of site. My daughter has lost her mobility car, when speaking to he car suppliers they said the normally have 10 to 15 cars returned a year, so far 420 they have had to take back. 420 people now locked into a room with just 4 walls. The disability act used to say that if someone loved window shopping then they should have the material; they needed to do so.

I an a Governor for a Mental Health Trust and see what the cuts are doing there, day centres closed so the young are turning to drink and drugs, this told t me by fathers in their 60's who are desperate.

Are we all too scared to stand up and say "We are here, please treat us with respect".

So many contemplate taking their own lives and all we can do is stand by.

Who is with me???

To Benefits & Work, I am sorry if I have done the wrong thing but I am at the end of my tether meeting people who are just existing.

I've allowed your post on this occasion.

This is only a proposed change which is currently in the consultation stage, the nest thing that members can do is respond to the consultation, just do a search for "tribunal consultation".
