i know this sounds a bit odd, but i dont want a home visit if i have to have face to face assesment i would rather go to an assesment centre , i dont want them in my house the thought of them poking around and judging me on my house or even sitting on my sofa makes me feel vunrable and sick to my stomach . if i was given a home visit how do i request it to be changed to an appoinment centre .?

You can re-arrange the appointment, just phone them and agree a mutually agreeable date and time. Be aware that you will need to attend as you are only allowed to move the appointment once.

Also, attending at their offices will say a lot about your capabilities so be prepared to answer questions about this.
