Just a quick note to yet again thank everyone that assists on this site.My wife just been awarded enh/care and enh mobility for ongoing period to 2026.She had a home assessment and the HP from Atos was really understanding, took her time and listened to everything my wife had to say.We had read and followed your guides and provided as much information as possible even dating back to 2002 as well as up to date info.Just because some info was dated it does not mean its not relevant so please tell members to send all information they have. Many thanks again for the great work you all do as i believe we would not have stood a chance without your guides.

Hi Ginger I have been in the support group since all this Tory Gov
stuff started I last had to attend a medical in 1994 or there abouts
and was told by the doctor doing it that I should not be here because of my illness and said I could go, everything went on as normal.
I then all this Tory Gov stuff started and then in April 2013 I got my first ESA50 form to fill in I filled it all in and then was told I was in the
Support Group and everything went fine, Then in March 2016 I got
another ESA50 form to fill in I filled it all in and heard nothing from them but my payments continued as normal, now I have been asked
to go to a Face 2 Face 18 Nov 2016 and do not know where to start for help and advice could you Please point me in the right direction or offer some help I joined this site as a member in 2013 but have not kept up to date with it all and find I am at a loss with it all
Thanks toby

Welcome to the forum.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I need to move your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to post in other members topics as it can lead to confusion especially as you are posting about ESA and the original poster is talking about a PIP claim. I'll do this once you have seen this reply, the new topic will be called "ESA question" and you will be able to access it by left clicking on your name as it appears in the forum.

Did you use our ESA Claim guide to help you complete the ESA50?

There's a section at the back of the guides that covers the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked. See

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/esa1
