You should have 2 copies of the decision letter, so that you can send one to the Tribunal Service if you wish to appeal. There is a copy of the SSCS1 form that you will need in the PIP guide.

No not going to appeal, hubby not great at the moment, and we definitely don't need more stress. Do think his award without a doubt should have been challenged all the way but with the way things are we are just going to accept their decision. We have got another car now after handing the mobility one back. that was the main thing, It was never about the money. So thankyou all very much for your advice you have given to us.
