If you are concerned about being able to present your case on the day then the best thing you can do is to explain why you think that you meet the ESA criteria in a written submission to the court, that way they will have read your arguments before the hearing and whilst they may still question you about your problems, they will have an understanding of where you are coming from.
Keep it simple, I would follow the same order as the questions on the ESA50, go through each activity and for each one you would have hoped to score points for, explain why you believe you meet the legal requirements.
Your submission needs to be with the Tribunal Service no later than 7 days before the hearing.

Hi , I need to send my fit note in to cover me for the next 3 months, I live in west London but forgot which address to send it to! is it the belfast address or the wolverhamton address, thanks

Hi Lyn,
Although DWP correspondence is often sent from Belfast, it is usual to be asked to send things to the Wolverhampton address.

Hi I have now received the date for my tribunal, 21st of dec and am absolutely terrified! how long will it last for and what is the best way to be prepared, not very good with talking to people, thanks
