under surgeon sick note, called for medical

Thanks Gordon, I have had quite a lot of experience with these medicals/ questions as I am in the support group, as I have chronic renal failure. I have used your guides alot over the years as it is always a fight as you know.
I did ask the DM he said my husband got 9 points all for sitting and moving around. I think I am planning to fight on the exceptional circumstances, as if he has to work( of any type) he will not be able to do his rehab properly( his injury means he has to do a carefully balanced program of physio, light exercise and rest in order for this injury to heal correctly. Anything that would prevent this would be a risk to his health. My argument is that because my husband is self employed ( so no ssp) the dwp has not given him sufficient time to regain his fitness .I will post again when we know more thanks again
