Hi Alison

Quick update, a solicitor has done all my appeal so i just have to check and sign it.
So when I get it tomorrow can send it straight back. This has lifted a huge burden as like most people on here the experience has worn me out.

I am also THRILLED the DWP have not much control over the rest of the process.

Good News for you on the SUCCESS rate of PIP appeals is massively high. I spoke to a health worker has been at tenting appeals in our area and the success rate for overturning DWP Pip decision in favour of the claimant is 90%

Good luck with your appeal on the 11th and just think ITS ALL BACK DATED !

Thanks for taking the time to write on my post

Carl
