I read some real horror stories on the net and how ppl are being treated !

no our MP is Sam Gymiah (Con) contacted him in 2013 as council hit our adapted house as a 4 bed , (the dining room suddenly became a bedroom, overnight) we were hit with Bedroom Tax ..£40 per week...he is a total knob ...PM Camerrooon private secretary . Chocolate teapot came to mind , useless. needless to say it took 2 and 1/2 years to get full exemption. our appeal was allowed. it cost the public purse more than it was supposed to "save". joke.

i am going to straight for exceptional circumstances. i checked with GP secretary . seems my "template" letter has been scanned on the system, but no action has been taken as yet.
so do you advise i should just complete the form with little answers, copiuos medical evidence and a cover letter ?

OR ..complete it fully , ie detailed ? letters, and cover letter ?

im exhausted , i haven't even started on it yet, he is going down hill each day, its ike being in gods waiting room , the worry is doing me in, and my man is so bloody ill, and i now have 2 bloody esa forms , one for him, one for me , to complete in 2 weeks , or less.

im not holding my breath for the GP , i have no doubt he will support him, but he will wait for DWP to contact him, if they ever do.

just need to focus. do they even know or care how this processing , hoops of fire and depressing system is affecting ppl?

65 single sided pages of medical letters since 2009.

no appointment letters, no note /discharge sheets, just 65 pages of senior consultants from 3 different hospitals, GP referrals , and 7 different departments of the same hospital communicating between each other , all heart, lungs, brain. blood, veins, bones, pain, even teeth

its when you sit down and focus on what is relevant or not , but still have this amount remaining, its depressing seeing a loved ones health deteriorate over time, but equally , in writing too.....

but we thank our lucky stars for the NHS...anywhere else , he'd be dead for sure...

now for the poxy form...
