Capita (SARS) Request was created by Dai Smyth
Was getting high rate of both on DLA then was seen by Capita.
After seeing the HP for Capita i thought i had better put some ground work in after reading what others had said about them, so after the visit i put in a SARS request to DWP/Capita. After DWP/Capita had made their minds up on what i should get i asked for a reconsidaration and after asking for the recon i made the SARS request.
The Recon come back 3 days before the SARS request, to stay at low rate care only and thats it.
Within the SARS Pack it show how many lies Capita have told even saying about how long they were here.I have CCTV proof of what time they come and left. 30 mins Capita found from where?.
Capita even gave me within my SARS pack another person details (nothing to do with me). should i send the info into the court for the Appeal.
So many missleading bits of info put in by Capita. Even said i was alone but my son was with me who is 22yo. Dai

Although it can be tempting to pursue the issues in the assessment report you will only receive a higher award by showing that you meet the criteria for one. I'm not saying you should ignore the report, you most certainly need to deal with the issues it raises, but the panel will be primarily concerned with inability to complete the PIP activities "reliably" and "on the majority of days" (see the PIP Claim guide).

I would start by sitting down with your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP guide to make sure that you have met the criteria of the relevant Descriptors, these often have multiple elements and you must show that you meet all of these to score points.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
