I have just filled in my form, but i have read that you should not talk about your good days, only bad......is this true?

You need to explain how you are effected at a variety of levels of limitation, best, average and worst, only explaining your problems when they are there worst opens your claim to allegations of fraud.

Have a look at the PIP Claim guide for "reliably" and "on the majority of days"

Have always answered honestly, that way you are hiding nothing. Most assessors can spot porkies a mile off.
