PIP Mobility was created by Esther
I require guidance on re appealing mobility element of PIP. I currently get high rate daily living. I appealed at tribunal last time & was backdated daily living. However Mobility stayed unchanged at 4pts.
Because it's now more than 6 months since the tribunal. What are my options.
Thanks

I'm afraid if the Decision was made by a Tribunal and it is more that six months since this happened then you are out of time to take any further action.

Your only remaining option is to notify the DWP of a deterioration in your current conditions, but you will need medical evidence to support this. This will result in a full reassessment of your claim, new PIP2 and a face to face leading to a new Decision, this could be an increased award, the same or even lower, so you need to consider this as part of your decision on whether to go ahead or not.
