Mandatory reconsideration decision was created by Stuart swinnerton
I returned my replie for a review on the decision that I was fit for work on the 10th October with a guantee next day delivery at a cost of £6.45 to me, has I had to go on job seekers for income I was told that the job centre advised me that the DWP hadn't put a note on my claim on the computer that he showed me on screen, so I went home and immediately rang them has it was now the 21st October, I was told they hadn't received my letter and I said how it was posted so the nice lady said she will go and look in there post room returning with my letter saying they had left it in there for 10 days and not passed it to the decision maker, so now waiting for the decision about the reconsideration which I feel will end up having to go to an appeal , so my fingers crossed for a right decision to come through the post but feel negative feelingsv the way genuine people get the 0"points , when don't even enter the question and answers you give them on the report , but enter a answer for 0 points you are never even asked about .
I was totally disgusted with the report I got back from my assessment has in shock when was told by the telephone of the decision , got punished for that as well has I didn't seem to talk much as left lump in my throat with the award of 0 points , even 1 or 2 would of softened the blow somewhat but no they won't the figures of everyone is fit for work as an amputee have been having to prove my leg has not grown back in the 12 months from the last assessment , and I bet they sleep at night while disabled genuine people are up awake during the night in pain

MR usually take about 4-5 weeks from when the DWP receive the request letter, so you may have a wait still.

If your GP is prepared to issue a new Fit Note then you can present this to your JC+ and you should be excused from any Job Search requirement for up to 13 weeks.

Please let us know how you get on with your MR.
