messy forms

worried asihave made a big mess of my form. andi have to send it off.

You don't say which benefit you are applying for. However, whichever it is, it is obviously best if the form is clearly legible.

Despite this, the fact is that the form needs to be submitted in time so that your claim runs smoothly. If you have run out of time to remedy things, you will have to send in what you have.

For future assessments/reassessments, it is worth bearing in mind that it is possible to type all answers on separate sheets and attach them to the back of the form, if that would be easier for you.

There is also a PDF version of the ESA form which can be used.

hello mrs hurtyyback idont kow how to bookmark onto webbrowser, iam 67 nearly 68 and had lowere dla but had to change to pip iwould have gone for AA instead but I didn't know at the time,how ever since you or gorden have said if my PIP is refused I will just go for AA. if I want to a sk another question do I just click onmy profile?
