sorry I postd y message on someones elses question I amnotsure how to use site yet. the person had put she has clinic leters saying what the conditions are but not ow they affect her and this is my problem, ihave so many odd things thatit is impossible to write it all down and I am worried that my form is now so mesy and it is cuasingme much anxiety.
