As I said this has to be your decision.

Re the DL award. CPIP/2559/2015 may be of help use the File Number on the following to access the details.

As to the Mobility, 13d is classed as a navigation activity, so you will need to explain what issues you would have in following a route to an unfamiliar place.

Both an MR and Appeal re-make the original Decision, whilst you can ask for the Care component to be left alone, the DWP certainly are under no obligation to do so and will almost certainly look at the whole award. A Tribunal will pay more attention but still have a responsibility to review the in-appealed component if they have concerns, but they must tell you of this and allow you to withdraw your appeal.
