ESA and PIP Form and F2F was created by adam_ant
Filled in ESA form 16th May 2016 heard nothing from them other than a letter last week informing me i need to go to a F2F assessment 23rd November. I would like to have this taped as there were so many lies last time, told by the assessor.

Also ive had a phone call from DLA saying ive got to apply for PIP and need the form back by the 21st November. They also told me that should the form not be returned by this date then i wont receive any further money. I got a indefinite claim for my DLA but understand everyone is having to reapply for it.

Is it normal to have both PIP forms needed back to apply for the benefit and ESA FtoF assessment in the same week.

Should i take into account that the information from the F2F will also be used for the PIP.

Thanks

The PIP and ESA Departments assess claimants separately so I don't think it is anything other than a coincidence, unfortunately lots of claimants have both of these benefits so it's always going to be a possibility.

The ESA assessment report may or may not be used for your PIP claim, it will depend on whether it is relevant or not, although there are some areas of overlap the criteria are quite different.
