67 now . Due to changeover to pip next year? was created by Jackie.
It appears so confusing. I have been on indefinite DLA for the last 12 years
I have a progressive neuropathy. (CMT).
Do I stay on DLA next year or have to apply for PIP?.
Thanks.

If you were under the age of 65 on 8 April 2013 the you will be transferred to PIP at some time over the next couple of years even though you are now over the age of 65.

Seems if I was born in1948 I will not be reassessed. I was born 1949. Is this right?.
Seems wrong to me.

The legal requirement is that you were under 65 on 8 April 2013 which you appear to have been.
