Who here has won ESA MR?

Has anyone here been successful in their mandatory reconsideration for employment and support allowance. If so what did you do? How do u think u changed their original decision?

I'm sure you are aware that successful MRs are not common. However, we do have some members who have had the decision revised in their favour - I am sure they will tell you their story if they are still active on the forum.

its not looking good so far lol, but then i guess if people have won there claim etc theres no need to come back to the forum

I found success with my mandatory reconsideration for ESA.

I initially stated that I could only mobilise for 20 yards before exhaustion set in. The accessor stated in his report that he witnessed me walk for 20 yards but did not say whether there were any difficulties whilst making my way to the assessment room. In my opinion there was a total disregard from the ATOS accessor for the information which, I included in my claim pack and the supporting evidence.

Because of this technicality, I was placed in the support group.
