How can a one month appeal be possible after a Mandatory reconsideration has failed and you wish to get copies of DWP evidence that can take up to 40 days please?

If you have appealed then you should be automatically sent all of the documents used in the making of the Decision, this should not take more than weeks and certainly not 40 days.
