I haven't received the appeal pack yet but meanwhile have more medical evidence re my 'condition'.

Should I just send this with my reply to the Court, or do you think it is worth sending to the DWP as well.

If you haven't had the DWP bundle yet, then wait until you do and then you can send everything together.

You must not under any circumstances send anything to the DWP in regard to your appeal. If the information to all of the parties (you, DWP and panel) are out of sync then your hearing will be adjourned and it could take months for it to be re-held.

You must only communicate with the Tribunal Service, they will send a copy of anything you submit to the DWP.

It is now over the month for the DWP to send me the appeal pack. Do we get informed if they have asked for extra time?

Yes, a Judge will writ to the DWP and you will receive a copy.
