DLA care stopped and mobility reduced to standard. was created by Jan1958
I was awarded high rate DLA for life mobility high rate and medium care, since having my pip assessment I was informed that my mobility was standard and care not needed. I have asked form a mandatory consideration and sent the reasons why I object. To be honest the information that was filled in by the physio at my assessment, you would not believe it was me she was talking about and she never asked me some questions she has put down. I am so angry, upset and now worried about money implications. This was sent off the last week in October, does anyone know how long it takes to get a reply. Worried sick. Making me worse worrying along with all the other problems I have.

MR timescales are not prescribed but on average you are looking at about 5 weeks.

Although we haven't updated it for 16-17 the following rates are still applicable.
